Inspection of the Exterior of Home
Exterior inspection begins upon pulling up to your property. It is a full roof-to-foundation inspection. We are trained to find minor issues, like weeds in flower beds, to large ones like swimming pool and air conditioner malfunctions, vandalism, and insect damage. We also help ensure that all the services you pay for around your home are done to the utmost quality.
Inspection of the Interior of the Home
Upon entering your home, we conduct a floor-to-ceiling inspection of the entire house. Every square inch is inspected for water damage, insect damage, and vandalism. We ensure that all security systems, faucets, and appliances are running normally and that no food in the home is spoiling. We make sure that all windows and doors are locked and undamaged.
Emergency Services
As a Florida homeowner, you will eventually face a hurricane. We were all recently impacted by Hurricane Ian which left much of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and Captiva in ruin. As a homeowner, you can only do so much to prepare for these storms but with our experience, we can help you ensure that your home is in the best possible state it can be before a major storm. We offer before and after photos and storm shutter services. As the storm is approaching we provide updates until it makes landfall. After the storm, as soon as the roads are clear, we return to your home to take detailed photos of the aftermath. This includes aerial photos of the roof. We can then start to help you get your nest back to full functionality by removing the shutters and meeting with any repair companies that you may need.

Home Opening: Set Thermostat to the Proper Temperature, Turn on Hot Water Heater (at the Breaker Box), Put Fresh Linens on the Beds, Put Lanai Furniture Outdoors
Home Closing: Turn Off Main Water Supply Valve, Turn Off Water Heater Breaker, Set Thermostat/Humidistat to the Proper Settings, Turn Off Ice Maker & Empty, Lock all Windows & Doors, Close all Blinds & Curtains, Bring Lanai Furniture Indoors, Set Alarm if Applicable
Coordinate Service calls; schedule and meet service providers for deliveries, repair or maintenance services, give access to vendor’s/service providers, waiting for services (for service, repair, delivery, installation, etc.)
Car Driving Services: Based on Client Request
Mail Forwarding Post Office Trip Charge plus Postage
Package Pick-up and Bring in (If not on scheduled home inspection day)
Grocery Shopping, Stocking the Fridge and Pantry
