About Us
Eagle View was founded by a mother-and-daughter team Jodi Sackett and Lindsay Baxter. They started thinking about doing Home Watch because Jodi’s husband and Lindsay’s father, Jeff Sackett, owns a pressure-cleaning company, and people often ask him if he does Home Watch. In August 2021 Zarah Ciaffone was introduced to the world of home watch and became an employee of Eagle View. In June 2022 Zarah along with her husband, Michael Ciaffone, became the new owners. Zarah and Michael are dedicated to serving their client with excellence.
Zarah Ciaffone
Zarah was born and raised in Fort Myers. She attended Cypress Lake High School and Florida Gulf Coast University and earned a bachelor’s in Education. Go Panthers and Eagles! She and Michael got married in 2016 and have three adorable sons. Through her years at FGCU Zarah worked at a preschool and did two internships in two separate Lee County schools. Through those experiences, she had to communicate effectively with parents via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. She feels that these are skills she can bring over to home watch to serve her clients better.
Michael Ciaffone
Michael was born and raised in Bonita Springs and lived in Fort Myers for 4 years. Michael attended Florida Southwestern State College and two years at The Word of Life Bible institute. He also spent 3 years active duty and 4 years in the reserves for the United States Army. Throughout his career, he has had 4 years of experience in lawn care and irrigated and nearly 7 in pool repair. Michael is eager to use these skills when he performs home inspections to provide accurate and detailed reports for clients.
